At Het Elfenbankje, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping and return policies.

Shipping

• We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days after receiving payment.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

• All orders are sent from the Netherlands. If your package is being sent outside of the EU, you might have to pay customs fees.

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must have sent the return within 14 days of notifying us of the return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
