Shipping
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). If we can send it on Saturdays, we will! On Sundays the post office is closed.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, where we keep our stock. If you are outside of the EU, duties and taxes may apply.
Will I be notified when you ship?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped your way.
Your products
Are your products handmade by you?
Our collection is not handmade by me: instead it consists of many brands and artists, including: Fable England, Wellread Co, Rats & Ravens and The Mystical Garden. Occasionally a handmade product by me might appear in shop, but this is uncommon!
Where do your products come from?
We do not believe in buying through platforms like AliExpress, Temu or Shein: instead we source whimsy from real brands and artists. We believe that is much more magical! <3

Do you have a physical shop?
At the moment we do not have a physical shop you can visit. However, you can find us at several fantasy events in the Netherlands! You can find the up to date list of where we are on our Instagram: @hetelfenbankje <3
Can I ask you to have a booth/table at my event?
Of course! You can reach out to us any time with information about your event and we will look into our availability!
Can I come by your warehouse?
Currently we are still a growing business, meaning our warehouse is inside my home in Herwijnen ;). Therefore our warehouse isn't open for visitors. In special cases you can e-mail me to pick up your order at the warehouse or come have a browse. This is only by appointment in special cases.
