How does it work?
When you buy the Fairy Flutter Starter Package, you will receive:

A questionnaire about yourself, your preferences in a penpal etc.

A penpal starter kit picked just for you that includes cards, stickers and more
Once you've filled out the questionnaire and have sent it to us via e-mail, we will start our hunt for the perfect penpal. Because we want to ensure you find someone we think you can connect with who also fits (most) of your preferences, this may take a little while.
Depending on the popularity of the Fairy Flutter Mail Club we cannot yet guarantee that the right penpal will sign up as well. If we've not found a penpal for you within 6 months, we offer you to either stay on the waiting list or get your matching fee refunded.
